How long do deposits take?

Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations (typically 1–6 for BTC, 12 for ETH). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Are my funds insured?

SwiftBit holds 95% of user assets in cold storage. We carry a commercial crime insurance policy covering up to $100M. Fiat balances in your SwiftBit account are held in segregated client money accounts at FCA-authorised banks.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Daily crypto withdrawal limits start at $10,000 for unverified accounts and up to $250,000 for fully verified (KYC Level 2) accounts. Contact support to request higher limits for institutional needs.

How do I close my account?

Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Close Account. You must first withdraw all funds and have no pending transactions. Your data will be retained for 7 years per regulatory requirements.

Does SwiftBit support stablecoins?

Yes. We support USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20), USDC, BUSD, and DAI. You can buy, sell, hold, swap, and earn interest on stablecoins.
